Last season the sixers finished the season 41-41, they struggled to keep from loosing many times last season. In fact they couldn’t stop the new jersey nets from scoring a clutch shot with less than 5 seconds left in the game to give new jersey the win. In my opinion the sixers need more scoring, they need a lot more defense, they need to rebound the ball better and they need jason smith and elton brand back and healthy. Brand will be back this season and will be out to prove that he’s worth the money that the sixers are paying him, he’s a defensive stopper, rebounder, midrange shooter and inside scorer, he’s a very talented big man. But philedelphia lacks that third star, andre igudola and elton brand are the only two stars on the team. But i guess sometimes thats all the stars that you need, they should be better though, because most of the teams that went deep in the playoffs last year, have two superstars this season, i think the sixers would have went to the second round if they had brand, because he would have been gaurding dwight howard if they met the magic in one of those games, i forgot who they played in the first round wether or not it was orlando.
